update from MMCCU banner

To our MMCCU members,

Our thoughts continue to be with you and your families during this challenging time. We hope you are staying well, and please reach out if we can be of assistance.

We wanted to give you an update on how we are approaching the upcoming weeks. With the goal to keep members and staff safe while also providing essential services to members, we are taking a gradual approach to reopening the lobby and reintegrating our staff.

The Board of Directors met this week to discuss a Pandemic Recovery Plan for reopening the lobby, divided into three phases. We will keep you informed when we are ready to transition into phase 1, but as of now the situation remains the same. Our drive-up continues to remain open, as it has throughout the past few months. At this time, our lobby remains open only by appointment with the goal of reopening the lobby in phases.

The management team will monitor the current pandemic situation and determine when it is safe for MMCCU to advance to the next phase. In making this decision, they will take into account advice from state and local governments and the Centers for Disease Control to help determine what’s best for MMCCU’s members and staff.

Because of MMCCU’s strong remote capabilities, the decision of when to and how much to re-open can be made with caution and great thought for the safety and health of all members and staff. Our credit union is fully capable of providing uninterrupted service to you – our members – in each and every phase of operations.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us! We are here for you.

Be well,

Your MMCCU Family
