Marshfield Medical Center Credit Union Strengthens Member First Service Model With Four New Team Members
Marshfield Medical Center Credit Union has welcomed four new team members as part of a strategic update focused entirely on enhancing the member experience. The credit union recently introduced enhanced Member Services Officer roles that combine responsibilities previously handled by multiple positions, allowing members to work with one knowledgeable staff member from start to finish.
The new MSO additions include:
• Miguel Baldemor, Member Services Officer II
• Martin Chy, Member Services Officer I
• Erica Wagner, Member Services Officer I
The Member Services Officer I role blends teller services with account opening and account maintenance, while the Member Services Officer II role expands into consumer lending and advanced financial services. This structure ensures members receive consistent, personalized support without being transferred between multiple staff members.
Lindsey Hasz is also joining the team as Accounting Assistant. Working behind the scenes, she will support accounting functions and financial reporting, helping ensure the credit union operates efficiently and accurately so members continue to receive reliable, high quality service.
