Marshfield Medical Center Credit Union (MMCCU) is proud to announce that longtime team member Marilyn Bailey has been promoted to Member Service Representative (MSR) Supervisor.
Bailey began her career at MMCCU in November 2007, serving as a Member Service Representative and Head Teller. She began part-time and soon after transitioned to full-time work.
“Marilyn is very dependable and a great asset to the credit union,” said Carol Rae Kulibert, Operations Manager. “She is always willing to learn and within her 14 years being here she has the ability to be that ‘resource’ person. With all the changes and new procedures that go on in the institution, Marilyn can handle the stress on a daily basis.”
Kulibert uses these four words to describe Bailey: dependable, knowledgeable, motivated and dedicated. In her duration at the credit union, she has been a friendly and stable presence for members.
“The members enjoy seeing her. They know her by name and also Marilyn knows them,” said Kulibert. “Marilyn has shown how much she enjoys her job and her ability to work one-on-one with members along with the staff.”
“Marilyn continues to exhibit the leadership skills necessary to lead her department, and the promotion better aligns her title with her actual responsibilities,” said MMCCU President David Murphy.
In her new role, Bailey will have more responsibility in managing the member service representatives and when speaking with members as the department lead. She will also be responsible for teller scheduling and updating them on procedural changes.
“Marilyn has proven herself to be driven in doing her best and in learning all she needs to do her job accurately and successfully,” said Murphy. “She is a resource for coworkers and works with the management team to ensure she has a good grasp on what the MSRs need to know to do their jobs accurately. We are blessed to have Marilyn on staff and look forward to seeing what she does in the future.”
