Well, they’re at it again! Friendly reminder that MMCCU will NOT call you and ask for personalized information like Usernames, Passwords, or SSN’s over the phone. If in doubt, hang up and call us directly at 715-387-8686.

❗ We have temporarily disabled P2P payments out of an abundance of caution as these types of scams have ramped up locally again. (6/27 Update: As of July 1, we will be disabling P2P Payments indefinitely in order to protect our membership. Learn more here.)

  • Enable two-factor authentication on your accounts
  • Don’t use the same password across multiple accounts
  • Make passwords complex and hard-to-guess. Use a combination of upper and lower-case letter, symbols, and numbers
  • Do not click on links in emails you weren’t expecting to receive
  • Keep your computer anti-virus up-to-date
  • Password-protect your network
