Marshfield Medical Center Credit Union is pleased to announce an upcoming update to our mobile banking application, scheduled for release on April 29. This upgrade, provided by our digital banking partner Tyfone, is designed to improve functionality, usability, and overall member experience.

Below is a summary of the enhancements members can expect:

Improved Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) Experience
Members using Remote Deposit Capture will now receive a pop-up message with clear endorsement instructions, helping to ensure successful check deposits.

Fix to eStatements Through the App
A bug was fixed, allowing members to more easily view their eStatements directly within the mobile app, allowing for more convenient access to account documents.

Quicken Export Feature
A new option to export transaction history in Quicken format is now available. This feature will assist members who use financial tools like QuickBooks for budgeting and financial management.

Real-Time Messaging for RDC During End-of-Day Processing
If a member attempts to make a mobile deposit during End-of-Day (EOD) processing, the app will now display a message indicating the deposit attempt was unsuccessful, providing clear and immediate feedback.

Removal of “Copied to Clipboard” Notification
The previously displayed “Copied to Clipboard” message when minimizing or closing the app has been removed, contributing to a smoother user experience.

Android SDK Update
As part of a mandatory update from Google, Android users will be prompted to grant notification permissions when installing the updated version of the app. This requirement is part of the new Android SDK and is not specific to MMCCU or Tyfone.

We are committed to providing secure, modern, and convenient banking solutions for our members. Should you have any questions or concerns following the update, please do not hesitate to contact our team for assistance!
