We’re always working to improve your digital banking experience—and we’re excited to share an important update about our eBilling service.
Introducing VisiBill – A Smarter Way to Manage Your Bills
Starting soon, MMCCU will join our provider, Allied Payment Network, in transitioning to a new eBilling platform called VisiBill, powered by Finicity, a Mastercard company. VisiBill uses open banking technology to give you a seamless, more reliable bill-pay experience with even broader biller coverage. You’ll still enjoy a familiar interface, but with added power behind the scenes.
Here’s What You Need to Know:
- Until May 29, 2025: Current eBilling users can continue using the existing system as usual.
- New users will start seeing the VisiBill option when linking eligible billers—without losing the ability to make payments.
- On May 29, 2025: The current eBilling system will be retired, and all users will be automatically transitioned to VisiBill.
What About My Past Payments and Data?
Your payment history and billing information from the current system will remain accessible after the switch.
Why This Change Matters
VisiBill offers an improved user experience, backed by Mastercard’s extensive biller directory. Over time, the platform will continue to grow to include even more telecom and utility providers.
