As a Member Services Officer I, you’ll be the primary point of contact, helping members with everyday transactions, account services, and personalized support.

What You Will Do

• Build relationships with members by delivering exceptional service in person and over the phone
• Process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cash advances, and more
• Open, maintain, and close deposit accounts (checking, savings, CDs, HSAs, IRAs, etc.)
• Assist members with account services such as debit cards, online banking, bill pay, wires, and stop payments
• Recommend credit union products and services to meet member needs
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with all credit union policies and regulations
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service and cash handling experience required
• Experience in a financial institution preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with confidential information

Are you experienced in consumer lending and passionate about helping members reach their financial goals?

Join our team as a Member Services Officer II and play a key role in delivering exceptional service, guiding members through lending solutions, and building long-term financial relationships!

What You Will Do

• Serve as a trusted financial partner and provide prompt, professional service in person and over the phone
• Meet with members to uncover financial needs and recommend lending solutions
• Guide members through the full consumer loan process from application to closing
• Evaluate loan applications, assess creditworthiness, and make final underwriting decisions within policy
• Educate members on loan protection products (Debt Protection, GAP, Mechanical Breakdown, Depreciation Protection)
• Open, maintain, and close deposit accounts (checking, savings, money market, CDs, HSAs, IRAs, etc.)
• Assist with account services such as debit cards, online banking, bill pay, wires, and stop payments
• Process financial transactions, balance cash drawers/TCR machines, and ensure accuracy in daily work
• Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services to support members’ financial success
• Maintain compliance with all credit union policies and state/federal regulations
• Support a positive, team-oriented work environment and participate in special projects as needed

• Previous customer service and cash handling experience required
• Previous experience in a financial institution required
• Minimum 3 years of consumer lending experience preferred (or equivalent demonstrated ability)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• -Ensure all mortgage activities comply with TRID, state, and federal regulations.

• -High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• -At least 3 years of mortgage loan officer experience preferred.
• -Must qualify with NMLS.
• -Previous consumer lending experience is a plus.

Join MMCCU as a Loan Processing Specialist and help ensure the smooth and accurate handling of loan documentation, insurance tracking, and file maintenance.

What You Will Do

• Prepare and process consumer and mortgage loans in compliance with credit union policies
• Review loan documentation for accuracy and completeness prior to disbursement
• Track and follow up on missing documents (titles, income verification, member signatures)
• Set up and monitor loan insurance and debt protection products
• Monitor and process loan payments, payoffs, and early closures
• Maintain accurate electronic and physical loan records
• Serve as a backup on the teller line during absences or peak times
• Support the lending department with administrative and operational tasks
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
