As an MSR, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to offer personalized financial services, build lasting relationships, and help our members achieve their financial goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide excellent service to members by processing transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist members with account inquiries, balances, withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments.
- Promote and educate members on our products and services, offering solutions that best fit their needs.
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer and ensure all transactions are completed according to policy.
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to create a welcoming, positive environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle financial transactions with accuracy.
- Member-focused mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Previous experience in a customer service or cash-handling role is a plus but not required.
