MMCCU) is teaming up with Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) Hospitals to host a root beer float fundraiser on Wednesday, August 27 from 11 AM to 2 PM at the Four Seasons Cafeteria in Marshfield Clinic.
For just a $3 donation to CMN, attendees can enjoy a delicious root beer float while supporting a cause that directly benefits children receiving care at Marshfield Children’s Hospital.
MMCCU Business Development Specialist Tiffany Schara will be on-site serving up floats and sharing in the community spirit.
“This is such a fun and simple way for our community to come together in support of local kids,” said Schara. “Every dollar raised stays local and helps provide lifesaving care and equipment at Marshfield Children’s Hospital. We’re proud to be part of that mission.”
The fundraiser highlights MMCCU’s ongoing commitment to supporting healthcare workers and families in the Marshfield community. Since MMCCU membership is open to anyone who receives a paycheck from a healthcare facility, the event is a natural fit for the credit union’s mission of service.
MMCCU invites all staff, families, and community members to stop by for a float and join in rooting for helping kids. They also extend their thanks to Hub City Ice Cream and Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling out of Wausau for supplying the ice cream and root beer.
