MMCCU celebrated its 60th anniversary with a Member Appreciation Event on Tuesday, October 21, raising $2,000 to support the Ronald McDonald House in Marshfield.
Despite chilly weather and light rain, a large crowd turned out to enjoy an evening of food, fun, and community. Guests took part in activities including a complimentary brat fry, bounce houses, raffles, face painting, live music, and games. The event was free and open to the public, with proceeds from raffles, bake sales, and other activities benefiting Ronald McDonald House.
“Sixty years is a milestone we are very proud of, and we are grateful to our members and the community who came together to celebrate with us,” said MMCCU President David Murphy. “It was especially meaningful to see everyone’s support for the Ronald McDonald House, an organization that makes such a difference for families in need.”
Founded in 1965, MMCCU has been dedicated to serving its members and the Marshfield community with financial services rooted in care, community, and connection. The anniversary event not only honored six decades of service but also underscored MMCCU’s ongoing commitment to giving back.
Thanks to all involved!
