At MMCCU, we believe in supporting our community through meaningful partnerships and programs that provide real help to local families. That’s why we’re proud to sponsor a support group dedicated to caregivers of individuals with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia.
The Alzheimer’s and Dementia Caregiver Support Group is held on the third Wednesday of every month from 10:00 – 11:30 AM at Stoney River Memory Care, 1606 North Saint Joseph Avenue, Marshfield.
This free group is open to the public and provides a safe, welcoming space for family and friends who are caring for someone with Alzheimer’s or another dementia. Trained facilitators help guide discussions and provide:
- Peer support and understanding
- Helpful tips and resources for caregiving
- Strategies for coping and self-care
- Information about local services and assistance
