UPDATE: It rained, so this event has been rescheduled for July 12.
Marshfield Medical Center Credit Union (MMCCU) is thrilled to announce its sponsorship of the highly anticipated “Movies in the Park” events, taking place this summer in Marshfield. The series of outdoor movie screenings aims to bring the community together for a memorable cinematic experience under the stars.
The inaugural event of the “Movies in the Park” series is scheduled to take place on Friday, June 21 at Columbia Park. As the main sponsor, MMCCU invites the community to join them at dusk for the viewing of the first film, creating a magical atmosphere for families, friends, and neighbors to enjoy together. (We aren’t allowed to say the name of the movies due to licensing, but you can find them here.)
“We are delighted to be the main sponsor of the ‘Movies in the Park’ events,” said David Murphy, President of MMCCU. “At MMCCU, we are committed to supporting our community and providing opportunities for people to come together and create lasting memories. We believe that this event will be a wonderful way to celebrate the spirit of togetherness while enjoying quality entertainment in the heart of our city.”
Admission to the “Movies in the Park” events is free of charge, allowing attendees of all ages to participate. Marshfield residents and visitors are encouraged to bring their own blankets or chairs to comfortably enjoy the outdoor movie experience.
