On June 19, MMCCU staff embarked on an enlightening education day in Madison, Wisconsin. With an exciting itinerary planned, the team began their journey with a visit to TruStage, followed by stops at the Wisconsin Credit Union League and Credit Union House, and culminating at Filene Research Institute, an esteemed institution within the credit union space.
MMCCU staff kicked off their educational expedition at TruStage, formerly known as CUNA Mutual. TruStage’s new building, aptly named the Lighthouse, served as a fitting beacon of inspiration. During their tour, the team marveled at the state-of-the-art facilities and innovative design that embodied TruStage’s commitment to the credit union movement. Witnessing firsthand the transformative potential of this cutting-edge space, MMCCU staff were inspired to incorporate similar elements into their own workplace to enhance member experiences.
