MMCCU is excited to announce that members will have access to a new online mobile banking experience starting July 18, 2023. We’ll be sharing information in the coming month about what to expect.

“This is the first step in a multi-faceted approach to improve our online banking services,” said MMCCU President David Murphy. “This was a primary need identified during our recent three-year strategic planning session.”
The mobile app will offer all of the standard features members have now, with some added tools. Members will still be able to check accounts, see statements, and conduct transfers, with the addition of a PFM (personal finance manager) and the ability to monitor credit. Remote Deposit Capture will also be available through the secure app.
“It will have capabilities similar to a Mint.com, where all of your accounts can be viewed in one place, and Credit Karma, where you can check and monitor your credit score for free,” said Murphy. “The standard bill pay, person-to-person payment option, and features our members use now will remain.”
The transition will feature a seamless integration, meaning members won’t have to do anything except download an app to their mobile device (if they choose to). There is a migration where the existing login credentials will carry over to online banking and the mobile app.
The app offers convenience – backed up with professional support from the MMCCU team.
“The cliché is to think of the mobile app as ‘a branch on your phone’,” said Murphy. “The idea is to provide a level of service that allows you to do many banking functions on your phone, but we are of course always still here when you want or need to meet with someone.”
As a credit union, MMCCU is nonprofit and member-driven.
“Everything we do is with our members in mind. We’re excited to offer this to them,” he added.
