In response to recent fraudulent text messages targeting local credit unions, we are shoring up internal procedures to better protect our members information. Starting in April, we will be contacting members to set up a security code on your account which will help prevent unauthorized access.
This means you will receive a call from an MMCCU team member soon to set up your code. Do not give your security code to anyone who’s not listed on your account.
The security code will be requested before providing additional information on your account on future phone calls. If you are uncomfortable giving your security code over the phone, please stop into the branch and talk to one of our representatives for further assistance.
