This move marks an exciting new chapter for Schara and for MMCCU, as she takes on a position designed to enhance public relations, spearhead marketing strategies, and forge impactful partnerships to strengthen MMCCU’s reputation and community presence.
Schara’s career with MMCCU began as a Consumer Loan Officer, where her member-first approach and problem-solving skills quickly earned her recognition. A Marshfield native, Tiffany returned to Wisconsin with a wealth of experience—17 years in the finance industry and 5 years in real estate. Although she studied computer sciences at Mid-State Technical College (MSTC), her passion for empowering others through financial guidance led her to excel in the finance sector.
“I’m excited for this new opportunity to help strengthen MMCCU’s community connections,” Schara shared. “Being part of an organization that supports its members in achieving their goals is truly rewarding. My goal is always to make a positive impact and leave things better than I found them.”
